Let’s be honest, women are thrown into perimenopause and menopause with almost no information and even less support. We’re expected to carry on as if nothing’s changing, even when our bodies feel completely unfamiliar.
Hormones shift, moods crash, skin changes, libido drops, weight moves, confidence wobbles, and no one explains why. It’s isolating. It’s confusing, it's frightening, it's mentally scaring. And it can make you feel like you’ve somehow lost yourself along the way.
I’ve lived this too, hormone deficiency, IVF and infertility, early menopause, the identity hit, the body changes no one warned me about. I know what it’s like to look in the mirror and think, What the f##k is happening to me?
The real problem?
Women are left to navigate this alone, in silence, with zero guidance.
That is why I created the She SPEAKS Movement.
My work combines menopause coaching, hormone education, skincare, makeup, styling, intimacy coaching and confidence work, all designed to help you understand your body, reconnect with who you are, and feel grounded, capable and confident again.
This is a space where your experience is valid.
A space where you get clarity instead of confusion.
A space where you don’t have to hide, minimise, or “push through.”
You are not lost.
You are no alone
and you deserve support for every step of it.

I lived the hormone hell, the body-image battles and the heartbreak, and came out the other side with radical self-acceptance, unfiltered confidence, and the tools to love myself exactly as I am.

Mental health impact:
Up to 60% of women report anxiety or depression linked to perimenopause symptoms (Australasian Menopause Society, 2023).

Body image struggles:
In Australia, 1 in 2 women experience body dissatisfaction, with hormonal changes being a major trigger (Butterfly Foundation, 2021).

Perimenopause & awareness:
80% of Australian women feel unprepared for menopause and perimenopause, many confuse symptoms with stress, depression, or ageing (Jean Hailes Women’s Health Survey, 2022).

Workplace impact:
Nearly half of working women say menopausal symptoms affect their performance and confidence at work (Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees, 2022).

Relationship impact:
Low libido, mood swings, and body image issues can strain partnerships, with some studies showing marital breakdown risk increases during midlife hormonal changes.

Why this matters:
Without support, women are at higher risk of burnout, leaving their jobs, developing chronic stress, and struggling with long-term self-worth.

“No more secrets: Everything you’re afraid (or ashamed) to ask”
Perimenopause can start as early as your late 30s, with symptoms like irregular cycles, brain fog, weight changes, mood swings, skin changes, and low energy. Many women don’t realise they are in it, because there isn’t enough information out there. The truth is, perimenopause impacts your mental wellness, body confidence, sex drive, and even your sense of identity.
Hormonal fluctuations affect not just fertility, but mood, weight, skin, libido, and self-image. Feeling “alien” in your own skin is a common (and overlooked) experience.
Yes. Hormonal changes affect metabolism, fat distribution, and muscle tone. It’s not your fault — but it can wreak havoc on confidence.
Many women report a loss of identity, presence, and sexuality during this time. My program works on visibility and self-worth through NLP, styling, and confidence coaching.
Hormones impact collagen, hydration, and elasticity, leading to dryness, dullness, and breakouts. That’s why I combine skincare education with self-care rituals.
100% yes. The work we do together focuses on body image, style, and self-talk so you can rediscover your sass and femininity without needing to “fix” your body.
Because menopause has long been dismissed as “just hot flushes.” But the truth is, it affects every corner of a woman’s life, mental health, relationships, work, and self-worth.
Because women’s hormonal health has been under-researched and under-valued for decades. You’re not imagining it, and you’re not alone. I help you understand what’s really happening, give you the tools to manage it, and support you where the medical system often fails.
Yes. Losing your identity, confidence, or sense of womanhood during perimenopause or after IVF is common, but it’s not permanent. Through NLP, styling, skincare, and confidence coaching, I guide you back to yourself so you don’t just recognise the woman in the mirror, you celebrate her. I guide you to getting your Sass Back!
No. This isn’t about shrinking, dieting, or “fixing” your body. It’s about learning to shift your self-talk, embrace your style, care for your skin, and rebuild your confidence so you feel powerful exactly as you are.

Courageous, Curvy & Confident– A bold, empowering space for women to embrace their curves, own their confidence, and celebrate unapologetic self-love.

We don't just boost confidence - we start inner revolutions. One selfie, one strut, one "hell yes I'm fabulous" at a time.

No fake positivity here—just real stories, real struggles, and real triumphs.

No smoke and mirrors - just raw, radiant authenticity. Cellulite? Scars? Bring 'em - we're making them shine.

This ain't no competition - we're building an empire where every queen gets her throne. Your win is OUR win.
I chose to become a confidence mentor because I’ve lived the transformation that comes from truly embracing yourself, curves, quirks, and all. For years, I struggled with my weight, wrestled with my appearance, and felt invisible both to myself and others. The dating world after my divorce was a rollercoaster of rejection and disillusionment, leaving me feeling like I’d never measure up. But through those challenges, I discovered something powerful: confidence isn’t about fitting into a mould, it’s about celebrating the unique beauty that is already within you. Learning to dress in ways that highlighted my shape, experimenting with makeup that made me feel radiant, and prioritising my own self-worth completely changed my life.
Now, I’m on a mission to help women like you step into your own power, embrace your curves, and turn heads - not for anyone else, but because you radiate the confidence of a woman who knows her worth. This isn’t just a course or a career for me - it’s a declaration that I’ve climbed the mountain of self-worth and finally stand tall, confident, and in love with the woman I see in the mirror. Now, it’s my joy and privilege to help you discover the same for yourself. Whether it’s through learning to dress in ways that make you feel stunning, developing a skincare routine that nurtures you, or cultivating a mindset that lifts you up instead of holding you back, I’m here to show you how to embrace your beauty, inside and out.
Your journey to confidence starts here.
